House Rules for Black Studio Hotel
Welcome to Black Studio Hotel!
To ensure a great stay for all guests, we have a few simple rules.
Check-in & Check-out
✔ Check-in from 3:00 PM
✔ Check-out no later than 10:00 AM
✔ Please leave the place as you found it
General Rules
✔ The hotel may only be used by the agreed number of guests
✔ Smoking is not allowed indoors
✔ Pets only by prior agreement
✔ No parties or loud music after 10:00 PM
✔ Respect the neighbors and the area
Wood Stove
✔ The wood stove may be used – it creates a cozy atmosphere!
✔ Use only dry firewood (can be purchased on-site)
✔ Ventilate properly when lighting the fire
✔ Ensure the fire is completely out before leaving the house or going to bed
Electricity Consumption
✔ Electricity is settled at check-out based on actual usage (rates from EWII)
✔ Turn off lights and electrical devices when leaving the house
'Inventory & Responsibility
✔ Upon arrival, you sign an inventory list
✔ Any missing or damaged items upon departure must be covered by the tenant
✔ Theft or destruction of inventory may result in compensation claims
Upon Departure
✔ Place towels and bed linen in the laundry basket
✔ Turn off lights and all electrical devices
✔ Close and lock all doors and windows
✔ The landlord and tenant review the inventory list together
WiFi & Facilities
✔ WiFi is available – the code will be provided upon arrival
✔ Use the facilities with care
If Rules Are Not Followed
✔ Violating the house rules may result in termination of the stay without a refund
✔ Severe damage or theft may lead to compensation claims and legal action
Note About the Property
Black Studio Hotel is located in a charming, old building from 1886. This means that not everything is new and perfect – but that’s part of the experience!
